Just wanted to say thank you for all of your work getting us a great RV! Your service center staff were really helpful also. We went straight to Almanor and spent 2 nights. Everything seems to be working fine and I really love the floor-plan! Hopefully we'll get a little more "RV" time in before the end of the season. We will keep in touch. Thank you again!
We purchased a 2006 Fleetwood Prowler, 27' and anytime we had to have any repairs on it we bring it to your service department. Service is outstanding!
Great customer service. We bought an older cheaper used trailer and we were still treated as though we were buying a high-end new unit.

We just purchased a New Lacrosse 308 RES 2012. it was a few month old and a storm shorted the dc converter. We needed a Forest River Dealer who had mobile services. All Seasons did. They worked with the 1 warranty and Manufacturer. It was a $300 service call, which included the driving servicing which is comparable when broken down with the other 4 mobile RV we checked. With the manufacturer warranty we didn't have to come up with the upfront money for the part or 1 hour of labor. A PLUS! We paid the $300 on our card. They were there with an opening within 1/2 hr. and done in 15 minutes!!! They even checked the sliders and fixed a loose wire.
Paul, the service manager made exceptional allowances because we were a little further out than they allowed. The 1 week of darkness, cold nights, ice in the fridge was over!! it is back to NEW. like nothing ever happened!! I didn't catch the technician's name but he was Awesome!"

This letter is to let you know how pleased I am about the courteous service and the speed that you handled my repair. Your service department has helped me on two separate occasions and both times your service and expert service personnel handled the job in the utmost professional manner. The last time I had a problem your service technician took the bull by the horns and handled it with gusto. He was really helpful in explaining the job on my generator and what would be needed to complete the repairs. I was leaving California in a short time and he completed the job flawlessly. I now think the generator runs much better and much quieter than when I bought the RV!
Your service department really performed above and beyond anything I could hope for and the speed of the repairs was great. I was pleased with the job, the price, and the personnel. You can bet I will tell everyone and will recommend your shop to everyone that I see.
